Our Programs
806 Takedown Wrestling offers a diverse range of classes designed to build skill, strength, and confidence on and off the mat. From foundational techniques for beginners to advanced strategies and conditioning, our schedule has something for everyone. Take the first step towards becoming a stronger wrestler today.
Mat monsters (Beginners)
Perfect for ages 4+ with less than a year of experience. Learn fundamental techniques with Head Coach Juan Cuellar and Assistant Coaches Kilo Mendez & Dillon Samora.
Advanced Wrestling
For wrestlers with 1+ year of experience. Sharpen your basic technique and build advanced skills, preparing you for higher levels of competition.
Open Mat
A dedicated time to drill techniques, practice flow rounds, and get personalized 1:1 attention from our experienced coaches.

Conditioning & Private Lessons
Enhance your performance with our specialized conditioning programs. We offer Strength & Conditioning and Cardio & Conditioning for all ages, perfect for UIL & Club Wrestling competitors. Looking for focused guidance? Private lessons are available based on coach availability; times and costs vary.
